Key to the Heart trinket
Key to the Heart is an unlockable trinket in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Replaces all Mimic Chests and Spiked Chests with Flesh Chests.
Grants Isaac a 2% chance to fire a bloody key projectile alongside his tears.
If that projectile kills an enemy, it will drop 3 
Half Red Hearts that quickly disappear.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mom's Heart or It Lives! as 
Tainted Magdalene.
